VeryChic, a digital travel deals platform selling hotel rooms and apartments, cruises, breaks and packages has been acquired by AccorHotels for an undisclosed sum.
The business has a membership base of five million and distributes deals from more than 3,000 luxury hotels across 40 countries.
VeryChic was created in 2011 by Nicolas Clair, Hervé Lafont and Charles Decaux.
AccorHotels intends to strengthen its expertise in the creation of “exceptional private sales” and to enable VeryChic to accelerate its international development and become the global leader in its sector.
