Tahiti Tourisme has unveiled the latest chapter of its digital video marketing series as it searches for new couples and families for starring roles in future episodes.

Californian couple Alan and Leah feature in the latest video in the ‘Two Stories/One Mana series which they filmed in the South Pacific.

Their video aims to capture real life experiences the couple – a pharmaceutical salesman and a firefighter – had around the islands.

It comes as many industry commentators say customers want to hear about personal experiences during the inspiration phase of their booking.

“These days people really want to get away from it all and have a transformational experience on their vacation, and The Islands of Tahiti are the perfect place to find meaningful inspiration,” said Tahiti Tourisme chief executive Paul Sloan.

A new casting call  is underway to find more couples and families who will get to film new campaign videos in The Islands of Tahiti this summer.

Real couples and families can audition by creating a 15-second video saying what inspires them about Tahiti and what their top three favourite Tahiti activities would be.

Videos need to be submitted via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #TakeMeToTahiti by April 5 – three couples or families will be selected and travel in June.
