Artificial intelligence can help increase conversions on travel companies’ websites, says a tech firm which is exhibiting at World Travel Market.

CodeGen is demonstrating its latest innovations at the three-day London event, from November 7.

They include reservation platform TravelBox, which is already being used in the industry and combines personalisation, intelligent search and post-booking add-ons.

CodeGen’s TravelBox Surf gives travel companies the chance to offer natural language search and use online bots.

The firm says its software is capable of handling more than 1,000 package searches per second, or more than 84 million searches in 24 – enough capacity to target more than 50 million passengers a year.

Bharat Patel, president, sales, marketing and commercial at CodeGen, said: “We are excited that at this year’s World Travel Market our team will be on hand to discuss our Advanced Machine Intelligence Solutions and our Bot ready technology.”

World Travel Market takes place at ExCel London from November 7-9.
