Travel technology outfit Vertical Group has overhauled its TARSC back-end office system and unveiled new functionality for travel agents.
The upgraded system will improve agents’ reporting systems and increase the number of data fields available for CRM.
A PDF tool – enabling receipts and confirmations – as well as an agency document and branding facility are also part of the new package.
Vertical Group chief executive Peter Healey said: “Agents need to be able to access and use information quickly and efficiently and TARSC continues to offer them the functionality to do just that.

TARSC and other Vertical Group products such as Magic Pro are used by 400 customers in the UK.
