Coach holiday operator Alfa Travel has chosen to use d-flo’s TravelComms post booking communications technology to improve customer engagement.
The firm said it chose TravelComms as part of a tendering process to improve efficiencies and lower costs because it is a system built specifically for the travel sector.
The technology will produce personalised communications for customers before, during and after their holiday.

“TravelComms will enable us to communicate with our customers more frequently and in ways which better suits their lifestyles.
