Ticknovate said it will support the digitalisations of ForSea’s sales operations to improve the customer experience using its “personalised and intuitive platform”.
UK-based Ticknovate, last year’s winner of Best Technology Product at the Travolution Awards, is a software-as-a-service ticketing solution built for tours, ferries, transportation, attractions, and entry events.
The platform will enable ForSea to generate a QR code for each purchase, enabling customers to redeem their tickets and receive a boarding lane by simply scanning the information.
