A range of 35,000 villas, cottages and chalets in more than 8,000 destinations have been added by Travel Republic.
The introduction of holiday rentals, including cottages in the UK, villas in Europe and long-haul destinations, and ski chalets, comes in response to customer demand.
An online ‘holiday deal finder’ tool has also been added by the company.
Chief executive Paul Furner said: “We now feature more than 260,000 properties worldwide, so we have a vast range to help customers find the best deal, wherever they are planning to go and whatever type of accommodation they would like to stay in.”
He added: “We’ve always offered a huge selection of unbeatable deals, but until we launched holiday deal finder our customers had to have a destination in mind.
“Now, all customers need is a rough idea of their budget and when they want to go, and they can quickly and easily see the range of options across many countries.
“They can filter by departure airport, star rating and duration and use an interactive Google map to bag a bargain.”
