In this latest Tui Travel Viewpoint chief executive Peter Long talks about now mobile is revolutionising the industry.
He tells how a new product developed by Europe’s largest travel company called Digital Assistant is helping the company develop a more intimate relationship with its customers.
Long said mobile is building Tui’s ability to treat the customer as an individual, something he says is very different to how most travel provider today work.
Digital Assistant could be developed into more of a concierge service and then evolve into an inspiration tool to help people decide where they want to go on their next holiday.
