The home working travel group has brought in a customer communications management solution provided by HP.

The HP Exstream software aims to simplify and enhance the company’s multi-channel communications by supporting a variety of applications for interactive, on-demand and structured print solutions.

IT director Paul Speakman said: “Our home-grown customer communications system was starting to become stretched as volume, personalisation and customer expectations increase.

“HP Exstream will give us complete control over print content and enable us to operate across multiple distribution channels, including SMS and email. That means we can communicate faster and more cost-effectively with our customers through their preferred channel.”
