First Choice has unveiled a series of enhancements to its website including booking management and video content.
The site will allow users to check details of a confirmed booking and make payments for a holiday online.
Ancillary products can also be added to a booking from within the same tool, First Choice said.
The development is part of an ongoing strategy by the multiple to ramp up its online presence in the face of increased competition.
First Choice head of E-Commerce, Alun Williams, said: “People are using the web for much more than just search and book.
“We’ve seen, through research, that our customers are keen to manage their own bookings online.”
First Choice has also added videos to the site for the first time. The company has initially produced 15 high quality videos and this week claimed a conversion rate of three times higher than the average following the initial burst of activity by users.
The videos include Holiday Villages, Kids Clubs, Holiday Soccer School, Lapland and on-board air services.
