Gill Collier joins from NIS Europe/Expotel where she was head of strategic client management for ten years, responsible for developing savings strategies for major clients as well as driving client retention.

Her career also includes operational and account management roles at TMCs including American Express and Carlson Wagonlit.

In her new role as account management director, Collier will be responsible for building transaction volume and other revenue generation opportunities, as well as overseeing the implementation and training of new clients.

Conferma chief executive Simon Barker said: “I am delighted that Gill is joining Conferma to support our expanding client base. Currently, over 80% of the top 50 UK-based TMCs are enabled to use Conferma’s settlement solutions and Gill will work with them to ensure they are getting maximum benefit from our relationship.”

Conferma last month announced a global partnership with U.S. Bank, enabling its reconciliation and settlement solution to be available to corporate customers in the US for the first time.
