iCrossing sale to Hearst Corporation agreed

Online marketing specialist iCrossing has been bought by media and marketing firm Hearst Corporation.

Online marketing specialist iCrossing has been bought by media and marketing firm Hearst Corporation.


The acquisition gives Hearst global digital marketing capabilities, including paid search, search engine optimisation, web development, mobile and social marketing, and data analytics.
