Savile Row Travel to use Dolphin Dynamics’ management tech

Tailor-made operator Savile Row Travel has introduced software development company Dolphin Dynamics’ technology to replace manual processes.

The Henley-on-Thames based travel company, specialising in selected luxury resorts, fully integrated fully inclusive tour and MICE travel, will use Dolphin for ongoing booking management, generating customer documents, business reporting and to streamline operations using workflow management tools.

Director at Savile Row Travel, Matthew Callaway, said: “With our discerning client base, we wanted to ensure we could use technology to streamline our booking processes without sacrificing the flexibility and personal service we are renowned for.
