Travel technology developer Vertical Systems has introduced a ‘Manage my Booking’ tool to its portfolio, automating manual tasks.
The tool can be customised with the clients’ logo and personalised with booking reference and itinerary details, enabling customers to view and print itinerary details, update contact information and pay balances online securely.
A receipt is then automatically generated and sent to the lead name.
The Manage My Booking product can be used as a standalone product or integrated into Vertical Systems and third party websites.

“They are still able to monitor amendments and payment deadlines within their management information systems, but there are real time-saving benefits.”
