Operto and Lightmaker Property Manager join forces

Operto Guest Technologies has announced a partnership with property management software (PMS) provider Lightmaker Property Manager aiming to enhance its technology product offering.

Operto provides property managers with its Smart Stay software platform automating access, temperature control and noise and occupancy monitoring to improve operations and customer relations.

Lightmaker Property Manager (LMPM), a cloud-based mobile-first PMS with trust accounting that has been in development for over six years, claims to be capable of replacing legacy solutions including V12.

Michael Driedger, co-founder and chief executive of Operto, said: “We are delighted to announce this partnership with LMPM and to further enhance our potential to offer ambitious property managers advanced technical tools to fully grow their short-term rental businesses.”

Operto currently works with hotels, vacation rentals, serviced apartments and other accommodation alternatives throughout North America, Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.
