Direct booking expert Hotelchamp has partnered with a host of tech companies to create an “all-in-one” marketing platform for hotels.

Its launch partners include guest feedback site TrustYou, revenue management specialists OTA Insight, hospitality software firm Customer Alliance, customer service platform LiveChat and website analysts HotJar.

Hotechamp hopes that by bringing together the tech-driven marketing firms, it will become the “control-centre” for hotels to improve the guest journey, manage online activities and boost conversion.

Retargeting, review management, competitor and OTA rate-shopping, metasearch advertising, and visitor analysis technology can now all be coordinated through the Hotelchamp platform.
