Leading walking and leisure activity provider HF Holidays has struck a deal with d-flo to use its post-booking customer communications technology.
The tie-up will see the operator use d-flo’s TravelComms software that takes raw reservations data and tailors branded, personalised communications for each customer.
D-flo claims it can help firms drive up loyalty and reduce operating costs while improving customer service.
TravelComms can be used both for direct bookings and those made through third party travel agents.
