Cadogan Holidays is to completely overhaul its online and tour operating technology platform following a deal signed with Comtec.

The integration of Comtec’s Travelink product into the luxury operator’s systems will allow existing products to be sold through third party agents, Cadogan’s call centre and website.

Dynamic packaging of flights and hotels in the Cadogan range will also be available through the Travelink system.

Geoff Lawrence, sales and marketing director at Cadogan, said: “The flexible packaging modules and seamless access to suppliers available via Travelink will enable us to far more efficiently deliver the personalised services our travel agent customers require.

“This will ensure our staff spend more time delivering our award-winning service and less-time administering travel bookings.”

Comtec head of sales Vicki Tittley said: “We are finding that more and more travel companies, like Cadogan Holidays, are developing flexible propositions in response to changing consumer buying patterns.”
