Global home swapping group Love Home Swap has signed up with ratings and reviews platform Feefo to get feedback from its members and build trust in the sharing economy.

The British home exchange platform signed up with the invite-only reviews platform which says it gets authentic results by contacting only genuine customers.

Debbie Wosskow, chief executive and founder of Love Home Swap said: “We’re extremely pleased to be working with Feefo to collect genuine feedback from our members.

“Trust is the foundation of our business, and the partnership with Feefo means people can be confident that all reviews are real. As part of the sharing economy, we welcome Feefo’s strong focus on authentic feedback, and we look forward to working closely together in the future.”

Love Home Swap will be using Feefo, a licensed Google partner, to achieve Gold Stars, increase page ranking and reduce ad spend as it continues to scale globally. Ultimately, the feedback from its customers will provide business insights, intended to grow and improve the brand.

Andy Mabbutt, chief executive  of Feefo said: “Trust is especially important within the UK’s growing sharing economy and the fact that Love Home Swap is only inviting genuine customers to leave feedback will help establish & build trust across the sector.”

Wosskow was instrumental in the development of a UK kite mark for the sharing economy – the world’s first – which she advised the government on and hopes will bolster trust in the industry.
