JFA introduces new analytics software during 25th anniversary

Travel reservation specialist JFA Systems has launched a new bookings analytics software as it celebrates its 25th anniversary.

JFA says the new software offers “user-friendly” reporting system with the flexibility to tailor searches to a company or employee’s needs.

An interactive and intuitive filtering solution enables users to source data for their exact reporting needs almost instantly via desktop, mobile or tablet.

JFA has been established since 1991 with high-profile clients in the travel sector, such as Tui and Disney. In that time, its software has processed bookings for over 10 million holidaymakers, generating over £5 billion in holiday revenue.

Its browser-based platform Diamond Reservation System was launched in 2011 to streamline the reservation process and track reservations across all components of a holiday package.

The UK’s market-leading ski operator, Crystal Ski, part of the Tui Group, was one of Gatwick-based JFA’s first customers.
