C&M Recruitment partners with WDCS to offer tech recruitment services for travel

Agencies combine forces to address IT skills needs in the sector

C&M Travel Recruitment has teamed with WDCS to offer a specialist technology recruitment service for the travel industry.

The partnership will offer IT and technology positions in travel, benefiting from the combined skills and experience of both recruitment agencies.

Founded by Simon Wright, WDCS was established in 2017 to offer technology roles in the travel, tourism and hospitality industries.

Barbara Kolosinska (pictured), director at C&M Travel Recruitment and C&M Executive Recruitment, said: “C&M have long been established as a leading recruiter in the travel industry, but we know that many travel companies have specialist IT and technology vacancies that they are struggling to fill, so we thought it was time to join forces with some true experts in Simon and WDCS.

“This will allow all travel companies to continue to receive the high levels of service they expect from C&M, while also benefiting from the dedicated knowledge of WDCS for any specific IT roles.

“This is also fantastic news for our clients because it means they will receive the help and expertise of two recruitment companies at no extra cost – it’s a win-win.”

Wright’s 20-plus year career in technology recruitment has seen him work across the UK, Germany and the US.

He said the partnership was “an exciting chapter” for both companies, adding: “It’s formed through a close relationship with Barbara, and knowing that the C&M values, ethics and ethos are all aligned to that of WDCS.

“The past six months have shown us as business that we need to adapt to survive.

“This collaboration allows each company to offer a great variety of service to their clients – and it also means that clients are getting two agencies join together to ensure we find the best candidates in the marketplace whilst ensuring high service levels.”
