Sports Events 365 unveils sports and music events supplier interface

International sports ticket broker Sports Events 365 claims to have become the world’s first hybrid website to provide both sports and music event tickets.

Sports Events 365 currently has direct relationships with European football clubs, making up 30% of their ticket offers.

The company said they are now the first to offer tickets which are directly uploaded by suppliers while still providing tickets from existing partners.

Sports Events 365 has developed a new supplier interface to provide the company’s partners direct access to the site, allowing customers immediate confirmation on 85% of the tickets.

The new tool allows suppliers to post prices and quantities of tickets from a PC or a smartphone app where Sports Events 365 has complete control over the process.

Customers can purchase tickets for football matches as well as tennis, European basketball and rugby, American baseball, football and ice hockey and more. Concert tickets are now available for artists including the Rolling Stones, U2 and Celine Dion.

The company operates websites in 22 languages while also operating jointly branded websites with travel companies.

Sefi Donner, Sports Events 365 founder and chief executive officer, said: “The ability to obtain immediate confirmation is key to the travel industry and is expected to greatly contribute to improved efficiency and a better customer experience.

“Immediate confirmation is critical for travelers who want to guarantee tickets for a match before making hotel and or airline reservations.

“Travel websites, travel agencies, hotel chains and airlines will also benefit from our new service.”

In 2018, the company reported sales of $11 million, 60% deriving from B2B ticket sales, and the new implementation is expected to generate $1 million in additional revenue in 2019.
