Customers using Spabreaks.com will be able to reserve specific times for treatments at the point of booking as a result of a systems upgrade.

The new integration following two years of development will allow customers booking via the Spabreaks.com call centre to confirm treatment times directly at the point of booking.

Until now, a Spabreaks.com advisor would need to phone the spa to check availability before being able to reserve treatment times for clients.

As a result, Spabreaks.com becomes one of the only spa agencies in the UK able to instantly book treatment times as part of customers’ spa day or spa break packages.

The next phase of development early next year will enable the company to provide live treatment times to customers online.

The company worked with Premier Software on the upgrade.

Spabreaks.com founder Abi Wright said: “Two years in the making, the partnership is part of our ongoing drive to improve the Spabreaks.com customer journey, making it as simple and quick as possible to book a spa break.

“However, it also leads to greater efficiencies for our spa clients by saving them time whilst increasing their revenue.”

Premier Software chief operations officer Leonie Wileman added: “Maximising sales opportunities to improve turnover and profitability is essential for our clients.

“The new partnership with Spabreaks.com adds a new dimension to the software and will enable our clients to tap into an additional sales channel, which works with them and for them.

“Over the next few months we will be introducing clients to Spabreaks.com to showcase how its system integrates with our Core software and the benefits it can bring to their business.

“The ethos behind Core is to make our clients’ customer journey seamless, from booking right through to the spa experience, but without losing the personal touch.”
