P&P Group is to focus on its Vibe Software travel technology and leisure brands after offloading business travel arm CTM to Gray Dawes.

The deal for Redhill-based CTM for an undisclosed sum is Gray Dawes’ fifth acquisition in three years.

All CTM staff will be retained with operations moving to the Gray Dawes’ central London office.

Gray Dawes chief executive Suzanne Horner said: “We continue to execute on our multi-year acquisition plan and I am delighted to welcome CTM employees and clients to the Gray Dawes Group.
