Flybe is poised to significantly enhance its digital offering to passengers by implementing a range of advanced technology through Amadeus’s Altéa Suite.

The move to overhaul its digital offering supports the regional airline’s continuing business improvement strategy, including providing a personalised, interactive digital offering before, during and after travel.

Amadeus’ mobile solutions will also offer the airline’s passengers re-accommodation options during times of disruption, directly within Flybe’s mobile app.

The adoption of the full Amadeus Altéa Passenger Service System (PSS) provides integrated passenger data and the ability to deliver a more consistent service across all customer ‘touchpoints’.

The technology will also help Flybe drive up revenue though the innovative and multiple sales channels offered by the Altéa Suite.

In addition to the Altéa Suite, Flybe has signed for Amadeus e-Retail, Amadeus Anytime Merchandising, and Amadeus Customer Experience Management.

The technology will be implemented by the end of 2018.
