Infinity & Beyond Travel and luxury travel firm Full Circle are to use the software firm Dolphin Dynamics’ CRM system to maintain a customer base and keep a centralised record of enquiries and bookings.

They will also use it to capture external emails and store them in a central place.

The Dolphin system will help Infinity & Beyond Travel communicate with clients, target them with personalised offers through email marketing campaigns and provide a personalised customer service.

Oxfordshire-based independent travel company Full Circle will be able to use the system to segment its client database by spend, past travel patterns and preferences.

Infinity & Beyond Travel owner, Rupesh Yadav, said: “We are constantly striving to provide the best level of service to our clients possible. Part of that ongoing promise to them entails us enlisting the help of partners capable of matching our ambition and Dolphin have proven to be the perfect fit.
