Bedbank Bookabed has unveiled a new look website which includes an Anywhere Search for the first time.
The B2B accommodation wholesaler has undergone a complete brand relaunch, with a new logo and a fresh “agent-friendly” look.
The new Anywhere Search allows agents to browse return flight+hotel city break or sun destinations in one search and is designed to help them find the right holiday for customers who don’t mind where they go and would like to see what is available and at what price.
The website has gone live in Ireland for its soft launch and is due to be rolled out in the UK after its initial testing period.
It has properties in long-haul, short-haul and city break destinations as well as UK beach options, Bookabed has a portfolio of over 220,000 hotels in more than 100 countries with Spain, Portugal and the USA among its most popular destinations.
Adam McKnight, who was appointed UK country manager last month, said: “The new website is part of a complete brand relaunch and will give the website a more modern feel and make it more agent-friendly.
“We’ve worked on the usability of the site, keeping it simple, so that our travel agent partners can easily find what their customers need.
“The addition of the Anywhere Search is something that opens up new possibilities for travel agents and their customers. At the start of the search they might have Spain in mind and when they leave they might have booked a holiday to the Algarve.”
