Voyages-sncf has given its B2B website a makeover in a bid to make it as easy to use for travel agents as possible.
Based on trade feedback, Voyages-sncf.eu has been redesigned to offer more search results (12) than before and to include more detail on different fare types and classes available to book.
New filters have also been introduced which are designed to allow agents to quickly access the most suitable fares for their customers. Fare conditions and after-sales rules can now be displayed in just one click and search results can be saved and recalled to book at a later date.
A fare comparison tool has been which can be used to view three fares on the same screen at once, which can be downloaded as a pdf.
A new ‘Quick Quote Estimate’ allows the agent to get an idea of the end price, including delivery and other fees, which can be quoted to the customer before the booking has been finalised.
New agents can be added, e-tickets can be sent out and details and preferences can be reviewed and updated. Voyages-sncf says it is now easier to view past booking details and monitor after-sales requests, forward booking details to customers and assign booking access to another agent if necessary, which can be exported into an Excel document.

And we won’t stop here. We’ll continue to develop our site in a bid to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to providing an intuitive and progressive rail booking tool for the UK travel industry.”
