London’s Bermondsey Square Hotel has expanded its new brand aimed at taking on Airbnb to incorporate a nearby boutique hotel.

The Bermondsey SquAIR concept, launched in Decemeber, is said to “change the relationship between hotels and short-term rental providers”.

It offers services for Airbnb-style rental apartments within a one mile radius of the hotel.

After the brand generated interest from apartment owners in the vicinity of the hotel, it has announced the concept is expanding to incorporate luxury boutique hotel La Suite West Hyde Park. The hotel located on the edge of London’s famous park, will be offering apartment owners within a one mile radius, a selection of hotel services in the same style as Bermondsey SquAIR.

Apartment owners in the area around La Suite West can partner with the hotel to ensure their rental accommodation offers services to a luxury boutique hotel standard.
