A London-based entrepreneur has launched an online service to connect coach operators and local guides with group travel organisers and travel agents around the world.

Called Trip Center, the new website has been developed over the past two-and-a-half years by Chirag Golwala, one of the two directors of Let’s Travel Services.

Let’s Travel is a privately-owned tour operator and inbound UK and Ireland destination management company with a head office in London’s Regent Street, operations office in Harrow-on-the-Hill, and other offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Ahmedabad in India.

Golwala described his new venture as a “revolutionary concept” and claimed it is a unique marketplace for showcasing and promoting coach and tour guide services.

He hopes the service will provide a bridge between global demand and local supply, and help save GTOs time and money when searching for coach operators and tour guides.

Golwala commented: “We know that coach operators currently function at a utilisation rate of about 62% throughout the year.

“Tripcenter.net will help optimise coach utilisation rates for owners and businesses.

“We want to bring more business and exposure to operators all around the world.”

The service aims to transform a “complicated and time-wasting” research process into one that can be done by GTOs “with the click of a few buttons”.

There is no charge for GTOs and suppliers pay commission for confirmed bookings.

All users are verified by Tripcenter.net to ensure service standards.
